OnePlus One - $300 killer Android phone

Got an email now with my tracking number, it's being shipped to my NYbox already
 
So just an update, phone was delivered to NYbox yesterday, they take a photo of it on a scale to prove the weight.
Package was 0.9kg and the cheapest courier was UPS at R376 (35$)

Hahaha, imagine how I feel. My wife is so sick of hearing of about my new "+1"

Package is in Cape Town, got an email from UPS stating the following:
YOUR PACKAGE IS AT THE CLEARING AGENCY AWAITING FINAL RELEASE

Expected delivery date is tomorrow, in my opinion, that was damn quick
 
So it arrived, and it really is quick. Coming from an S3 and S4 there's a massive difference in the experience, no lag whatsoever. The size is something to get used to though
Costs below broken down:
Phone 3954.95
Nybox 376.71
VAT 703.36
Total: R5035.02

I'm at work so can't give much of a report back but will post later! Still haven't gotten any invites to share :(

I'm also a new OnePlus One owner. It's an incredible device. So fast. I changed the launcher to Nova Launcher Prime though - the stock launcher doesn't offer enough drawer customisation imo. The battery life is also very impressive.

Hey guys, I hate to be "that guy" but... any invites to spare? :) 16GB preferably but will take the 64GB just as happily

Why on earth would you want the 16GB version? It's only $50 cheaper and has 48GB less storage. Demand for the 16GB model is so low I think I read that OnePlus isn't producing it anymore.

And no, I don't have any invites unfortunately.

What would the point be in paying that much more for something you don't need?
