Online stores that = Great service.

I ordered a graphics card from Prophecy Shop on Wednesday morning, it was delivered to me at 9 this morning, they kept me informed of what is going on and it was all very simple. Not to mention the price was awesome too.;)

There are so many complaint threads that come up. Thought it would be a nice idea to have a thread about good service and good experiences with online stores. I have bought from other stores like Zaps, but I really had a great experience with Prophecy, and am recommending them, and in future this store will be getting all my pc budget.
 
In my opinion threads about good service could make it look like that company in general offers kuk service and needs to praised every time they do something half decent :D

Good service should be a given not something to be praised.
 
There have actually been a fair amount of praise threads for the Prophecy Shop, which says a lot :)

I've said it before, and I will say it again. Prophecy Shop is the best online shop that I have had the pleasure of doing business with :)

LOL. Actually, I agree with you.

I'm not trying to praise them, just want a thread about good experiences, really. Often threads are about where not to buy from based on the poor experiences. This one is about where to shop. ;)

Yip. Don't get me wrong, I've never really had a bad experience from other stores but this was just far better.

Rampage Gaming. It's a bit of a hassle to pay through Paypal, but if something goes wrong, they are very keen to help you. That's how I judge good service. Any business will seem good when everything works.
