im a bit of a noob, but ive heard that, through the free openbrowse service, i can still browse international sites, when ive been hard capped on my IS account... this true ? if so, how do i go about using it ?

It works when your international cap is gone. You have something like 30GB surfing - and no one can possibly use 30GB just surfing.

okay............
lets assume i use up my 3gig international today... how can i use openbrowse to carry on browsing internationally ?
are there instructions somewhere because i cant find them ?

You download the OpenBrowse client from http://www.openweb.co.za.

Then you run it and tell it to automatically work with whatever browser you use. (It supports IE, Firefox and Opera). Run it in the system tray and you're set.

You do have to pay for this though... right?

It is included in many Openweb packages, but if you dont have it as part of your account, then you have to pay for it.
