Would love a response to ticket #ZXT-338-51369, second auth issue in a week. My trial accounts are nearly capped and wouldn't mind the issue being resolved before I cant access the Internet at all.

I guess support has taken the long weekend off, was kind of surprised when I got nearly a instant email reply(10mins +-) this morning only to be told she needs to escalate it to the senior support engineers.

Edit: LOL, actually commented on how I was able to stream twitch on friday evening now after the auth issue this morning and only getting a reply at just after 4 in the afternoon I'm currently downloading via nntp at 83kB/s and youtube wont even stream at 240p. Sigh.
Edit2: And on another ranty note having to supplement a R749 gold account with trial accounts and a capped account is ridiculous. Currently riding out my cancellation period till the end of April and god help me if this is what I am in for.
