Going swimmingly here as well. I really feel for you guys. Have you all logged faults through email as well? Or through the site?

Hi there

Im on Gamers account, 4 meg. Today my www and http was dead dead dead. My torrent was running at 156kb/ps.
I see other people also complain. Currently now im full speed, but it wasn't nice during the day not to able to do anything!!!!!!!
And I PAY for this.

Actually streaming twitch atm on openweb gold account, first time in months.

Evening OpenWebbers,

There were no general network issues today. We do however know of a PILE of Telkom exchange issues that could have caused many issues.

I am happy to say that all support tickets have been responded to by our brilliant support ladies!

Would love a response to ticket #ZXT-338-51369, second auth issue in a week. My trial accounts are nearly capped and wouldn't mind the issue being resolved before I cant access the Internet at all.

Edit:
I guess support has taken the long weekend off, was kind of surprised when I got nearly a instant email reply(10mins +-) this morning only to be told she needs to escalate it to the senior support engineers.

Edit: LOL, actually commented on how I was able to stream twitch on friday evening now after the auth issue this morning and only getting a reply at just after 4 in the afternoon I'm currently downloading via nntp at 83kB/s and youtube wont even stream at 240p. Sigh.

Edit2: And on another ranty note having to supplement a R749 gold account with trial accounts and a capped account is ridiculous. Currently riding out my cancellation period till the end of April and god help me if this is what I am in for.

He has replied to you again this morning. I have also involved myself in this matter, and am connected to your account at the moment. It is maxing out my 4Mbps line

I see he has been working on this problem for over 3 hours solidly yesterday.

Yes, Speeds picked up at about 4:28 this morning.

When you experience slowness on your account, best to test with another ISP's account (AH free 1GB, WA free account for starters), which is on a different network, so to make sure you aren't experiencing Telkom issues.

If you do a speedtest, you'll see what backbone you're on.

Capped my WA free and AH free accounts during the day of auth issues yesterday, the axxess free account ran full line speed no issuess.

Getting full 20Mbps now that my line is upgraded to 40Mbps, pretty solid :D
