Is this something to worry about?

I guess everyone is happy now?

You experiencing problems Woodlands?

Anybody else getting really crappy speeds today?? I got moved over to the MTN network and it sucks balls
Still waiting since 12 for them to change me back to IS network... I had to resort to get a Trial account from another ISP to finish my work.

Hello,

I see that you have been moved back to IS already.

I hope someone here can decipher Openweb's many uncapped offerings! (Prices for 2Mbps offering)

We have Gold (Power) R249pm, Gold (Orange) R349pm, Gold R398pm, Titan R149pm, Everyday R195pm and finally Platinum with no 2Mbps offering!

WTF?! And to confuse matters even more when you click on the "compare uncapped service levels" tab you are only told about Everyday, Gold and Platinum with no distinction between all the above offerings.

Keep is simple with
More you pay, more you get.
Not the best of explanations, but all I can say without personally trying all the tiers.

Ja, been ca-ca all day... Tried to do a 450Mbyte Android update... took 3 hours to download.

The rule of thumb is very simply.

The more you pay, the lower your contention ratio (amount of people sharing capacity) and the higher your priority on the network :)

Kindly PM me so that I can test your account.

The network has been completely unshaped since Friday at 19:00
