Still waiting since 12 for them to change me back to IS network... I had to resort to get a Trial account from another ISP to finish my work.

We have Gold (Power) R249pm, Gold (Orange) R349pm, Gold R398pm, Titan R149pm, Everyday R195pm and finally Platinum with no 2Mbps offering!

WTF?! And to confuse matters even more when you click on the "compare uncapped service levels" tab you are only told about Everyday, Gold and Platinum with no distinction between all the above offerings.

The rule of thumb is very simply.

The more you pay, the lower your contention ratio (amount of people sharing capacity) and the higher your priority on the network
