Firstly, the OpenWeb premium uncapped 4mbps DSL account was fast mostly and I was happy with it util I didn't need it anymore. I moved over to fibre so no need for the account.

Cancel the uncapped account is almost impossible. Been trying to cancel it for more than a month.
Which means I am paying for this account which I don't use for 2-3 month extra.

I requested cancellation in December submitted cancellation form requests but their cancellation department is never working.

Emailing support just tells me, they cannot help me since the cancellation department needs to provide a reference number.

So unless you don't mind throwing R1400 in the drain go with OpenWeb

Just stop the debit order

Unlucky, I only paid one month extra. I thought it was just me that had an issue with them.

What governing bodies can be contacted to make a case against them?

Surely this criminal can't be allowed to continue like this without being held accountable?

You should be careful with your choice of words before you land yourself on the wrong side of a defamation case.
