Open to correction but I think youd need a new, seperate account as openweb are basically IS resellers and arent responsible for capping.

U basically have a 30gig that is capped then, and only buy another account wich has another 30gig or 10gig cap yeah.

If you signup and deposit the funds, we will issue you with a new username (valid until the end of November).

No account yet...

Coming from the blindside... :D

Last week I signed up, I have no received any bank details for depositing my money, nor did I receive a reply to my follow-up email address...

now, what now?

Openweb, please PM me so I can do business with you

Hey

It would appear as if your email is spam blocking our messages.

Kindly register an alternative address, or PM myself, and we will make arrangements via that medium.

We use the same system to send mails than what we use to do our monthly invoices / billing run.

Some sites see our mails as spam, especially sites such as hotmail. Anyone that sends a bulk mail nowadays, whether legitimate or not is seen as a spammer.

why would it spam block you?

We have the same problem in my company, ppl complain that they havent received it but it actually was blocked as spam

Btw, webmail seems to give us the most problems, hotmail isnt too far off either

All these issues are caused by spammers, then us legitimate email users sit with the problems. Check to see if your ip address has been blacklisted, as it sometimes happens. There are ways you can get it removed from the blacklist and also other ways to prevent it from making the blacklist ;)

Most important one being that you shouldn't share a mail server with one ip with clients. If a client sends out thousands of spam emails and the ip gets blacklisted then you sit with the problems of trying to email your clients!

Oh well, 3 different mail servers to send the mail to...

Thanks Openweb for trying to get me onboard, I appreciate it.

Just a pity the spammers took over the internet?

This just to say a big thank you to MrBEEP, whose support and patience to get me onboard has been extraordinary.

I'm now a customer of theirs for a few minutes, but Openweb, you rock!

Thanks again
