openweb service..

Guys,just need to let you know,been with i-junction for years.Until they closed down recently.Recommend me to go to Openweb.As a test a signed up for a 1gig/9 local IS account,and paid for it via eft,let the bank send them proof,and then personaly sent them proof,That was on the the 25th..
Waited till this morning,to get an email(after I had to nag them),got account details,and the account details i was given via email does not match up with adsl login details in my control panel!which account status still says pending...

Bad service from the word go.glad this was a once off.
 
You know i wonder where gary and hj are now, how come openweb has gone to the dogs i wonder?

Such promise being let down by poor service, very sad to see if you ask me.
 
surprise, surprise... another 1 post wonder rocks up and starts complaining about Openweb again... makes me very suspicious.

Nevertheless, I will get the guys to contact this poster and sort this out.
 
Been with openweb for ages. Good lines and rather cheap. EFT's always suck because they need personal attention to avoid freud etc. I just pay with a credit card and it's instant activation.

I am not quite sure what the problem is?

Is your account not working?

@dsl512.isdsl.net by the way is only a realm. It has NO effect on speed.

You were provided with such a username.

Please help me understand how we can assist, as I am not quite sure what your core problem is.
