openweb support???

Has anyone had any luck with openweb support today. Emails unanswered since Friday, call centre not answering calls.

Haven't ever had anyone answer my calls on their help line, but my emails are normally answered.

When you say Support is not answering calls, could you please ellaborate.

i press 1 for technical support and it rings for 5 mintues whereafter i get cut off

thanks guys. problem sorted now...now all we need is the IS news server to be up and running

Uhm, yeah WTF is up with the news-server? I'm getting constant 0kb's and now and then 10kb's for a few seconds after which it drops right down to 0kb's again!!!
If this keeps up I'm just going back to saix, the News-server is the only reason I use the sub-par IS service. SAIX international is FAR better.
