Openweb, that bad?

I email them about their bonded DSL service. They completely ignored my questions, and asked if I wanted to sign up. Useless bunch. After the 5th email of asking the same questions I just gave up.....

From experience, they're bunch of dimwits who are only interested in sales and nothing else.
