OpenWeb Uncapped Browsing Slow

On the openweb uncapped account.

Download speeds fluctuate but is stable at 40k+.

Browsing speeds are just plain old dog slow. Not more then 4k.

Any suggestions, ideas??

Same this side! VERY VERY slow.....no more than like 10k downloads....

Edit: on a 1MB uncapped account!

It seems my local only account is doing the same thing

38 - 42kb downloads from games.saix.net with Local Only account

but using TelkomInternet

getting full 442kb per second from international www.wcradio.com
