It seems like every few days I have to complain that my speed is down again, they reset my port and ask me to restart my router then it works properly again for a while. Then the cycle repeats.
I'm on OpenWeb GOLD uncapped, via IS.
These are just today's issues:

This typically happens on a weekday, which leads me to believe its their shaping policies that are causing it. I have no issues at all after around 10PM. It's as if I have uncapped 4mbps that is actually uncapped 384k, with "after hours" 4mbps. sounds a lot like Cyber Smart's
