Hmmm speedtest test full speed but NTTP downloads go at 35 KB/s? On the IS backbone. Is this normal for the "gold" accounts?

Signed on today, HTTP seems to work very well, but torrents download at 1kb. Pretty useless.

I normally get 38-40KB/s with Astraweb and Newsdemon. Don't know what is wrong - currently getting between 29 and 34KB/s.

They can be over a variety of backbones.

Just ask to switch to a torrent account, they can only switch you once every 24hrs I think as they switched me once without me asking and I couldnt go back till the next day... HIGHLY frustrating! I use WoW on the IS account and it plays fine, except there is a problem with my account right now so maybe just stay on VB till it gets fixed
