Just sent a mail. Heres hoping for the best.

I can see I might miss Afrihost's 24/7 call center help desk but I'm hoping the good experience I'm going to have with Openweb will outweigh that... Keoma has been really great so far though I must say!!

That was quick... maybe ask if they can switch you onto another backbone or something in the mean time? Saw somehwere someone said something bout changing backbones??? :erm:

Thanks for the info, maybe that's just my problem this time too because yesterday my speeds were fine. If your bad speeds persist tomorrow then try a port reset.

However, 4Mbps Gold is shaped according to how busy the network is.
