Firstly, kudos for taking this seriously and replying.
I don't know about your company name, Openweb but I take the "Open" part quite literally, perhaps I'm just a Linux geek

It would be great if your accounts could have information about what is shaped, hours, the backbone you use etc; so that your clients could make accurate decisions about what package is suited for them. I'm also still a bit undecided about these "Gold" accounts as from what I recall they're shaped less, that too is vague. And to be honest I don't think I should have to pay an extra R100 (I could be wrong here) for a service upgrade where the original account should be working fine already with commonly used protocols and services. I'd assume Gold would have a bit less shaping and allow lower latency for gaming, not improving Youtube.
Please consider being as open as possible, especially with this new network plan you've mentioned. I"m sure it will only improve your already great service and also enable you to spend less time dealing with "my account sucks, what's wrong?" emails
In summary, I just want to know if it does what it says on the tin, but I need a label first
Thanks again MrBeep.
