It looks like everything is shaped . It takes about a minute for a webpage to come up . Not happy :mad:

I seem to be getting extremely slow international speeds, sites load terribly slow. Am I the only one experiencing this?

PS: OpenWeb Uncapped Gold 384k

Same here, getting download speeds in the area of 600 bytes per second...

Is this backbone fault still ongoing? On IS over here and getting something weird - speedtest.net gives me full line speed to New York, but I'm only averaging 10KB/s on various sites and P2P.

Did send Keoma an email requesting a port reset as my account dipped since yesterday, although haven't heard back yet.

EDIT: Ok, now I'm getting full speed on P2P but HTTP still iffy, lol will leave it till tomorrow.

Hi Guys, getting terrible speeds on news server, getting a peak of 10.5kb/s on my newly acquired 4MB line on Openweb. Still have my telkom account and its flying at full tilt on news server, so def. not an issue on telkom.

Mr. Beep I did send you a PM last night, I am yet to get a response. At this rate I should have stayed on the 384 line because I was able to the same for much less! :( I expected some shaping on P2P but not to the point it crawls, Especially after hours on a 4MB line...... 120kb/s and I would have still not moaned like stuffed pig... sorry just annoyed and just having my moment... Rant over... please have a look into it.

Speed test seems "ok" though here are the results:

Umm I did! Last night, didnt get a response hence the post here. check your PM dated 02-08-2011 at 12:45 AM.. well technically this morning... but its almost 24hrs ago

Just thought I'd leave a happy comment here. Been on GOLD on IS for over a month now and couldn't be happier. Thanks Openweb.
