Outa to appeal e-toll judgment

Meh, people from Gauteng should pay for their own roads. Their roads and the costs thereof shouldn't be paid by the people from the Western Cape

Going to make no difference and only be costly. This is not the route to stopping e-tolls anymore.
 
They're just delaying it. The fact that they took so long to decide shows they know their previous argument was totally flawed.
 
Right, and I think YOUR measly tax pittance paid in YOUR province should be all YOUR gov departments receive.

We should be allowed to spend ALL OUR taxes in Gauteng.

We give more to Treasury than we receive. We don't need your Gauteng money, and we don't want to pay for your roads

Deal. All taxes collected from Gauteng should only be used to improve infrastructure and services in Gauteng. You can use your own tax money to upgrade your roads and provide service delivery in the WC. Sounds fair to me.

That is actually completely fair. As the WC doesn't get a single cent from Gauteng
