The only info i gathered thus far is that its a MTN tower & the MTN Site Number is
: T0779.

Drive past the graveyard, turn first street right, go past the left-hand turn, and get onto the dirt road at the next place where street makes left-hand turn. You can then drive all the way to the top. Is that what you wanted?

If you meant get a HS up there and not yourself, in person, then call Snowball (www.snowisp.com), they have a HS up there and are one of the main wisps in the area.
