Paradox Alarm Remote Help

Hi all,

I have a Paradox SP6000 Alarm System installed. I also have 1 Sliding Gate and 2 Garage Doors. I installed a remote receiver to the alarm system and assigned Zone 16 as a Panic. My 4-button remote is currently functioning like this (no function for Garage Door 2 - I have to operate this from inside the garage):

I want to use my 4-button remote transmitter to control all 3 gate motors and the alarm. See the table as below.

My parents are with me and I don't want to overly complicate access to the house with multiple remotes and/or apps. I'll look into HA in the future, but want to stick to the 4-button remote method for now.

Question: How do I assign/setup the Alarm Arm/Disarm and Panic functions to operate on 1 remote button?

To add I've got a 4-button Centurion Nova Remote and the Centurion Nova Receiver.

Just need some guidance if:-

1. On Paradox alarm - can setup the Keyswitch to Arm/Disarm on single press and Panic on hold. If possible I can configure this to 1 Channel on the receiver; or
2. On Centurion Reciever - can I program 2 Channels to 1 remote button, i.e. 1 Sec press (Ch1 - Arm/Disarm), 3 Sec press (Ch2 - Panic).

Also on the Centurion Receiver manual I noticed that the channels can be configured for a panic function. I understand Pulse (as the default setting) is when the output will go from no voltage up to 12V and with no intervention goes back to no voltage, and Latch is when the output will go from zero to 12V and stay there until something else tells it to go back to zero volts, like a light switch. But what does the Panic function do? Can't find anything useful on this.
