what is the best products to use to clean Parquet Flooring,
its newly sanded and varnished late last year
ive got a great mop the one from verimark that you can put in the washing machine.

I just cant find the correct products for actual cleaning

ps I know the thread is old
https://loba.co.za/ is some expensive imported stuff you can use. Might be better to use these products occasionally with just some normal floor cleaner

If anyone’s in need of a CPT company - I just used Sand and Seal.

Ripped up old carpeting in bedrooms, got rid of glue and brought the floors back to a great looking parquet.

48m2 came out to just over R12 000 - the end result below - Savannah teak - I just need to find some more blocks as the previous owners patchwork in the lounge is a different block / wood...

The next coat (for maintenance) of sealer is due in about 2 years and that I’ll probably DIY as it’s just a clear sealer that you can use a paint roller to apply.

I wouldn’t DIY the sanding thought as you’d need to rent an industrial sander and chow through belts sanding that glue.

How it ought to be done: sanding and sealing , that is: Zim Teak parquet is an individual taste.
