Pastel Partner Version 18 help needed

Hi Guys

Got a puzzling problem with one of my clients.

In Partner 18 when you open your tax invoices, you click on Number and search. It finds invoices. You then double click on a invoice and open it no problems. However the delivery address box is blank, there is no data in it.

Pastel dont seem to know either. What could the issue be?

Server 2012 R2

Assuming you have the details in customer setup... is it not just your forms designer invoice template that not working correctly / corrupt or just not including that info ?

How would it be corrupt?

Because its erratic. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesnt.

recreate the template?

I mean must i simply just recreate the template as a copy for example?
