I subscribed to the Rain service after receiving 2 months free. I had agreed to make payments on the 1st of each month. However, my circumstances have changed, and I am currently not working, so I won't be able to pay this month's bill, which is around R800.00.
Is there a way to pause or cancel my subscription for now until I can start making payments again?
I am asking because I do not want the amount to accumulate unless it will not.
