Does anyone know if Payflex is down?
Phones are down
Whatsapp seems off
Facebook lmited comments cant comment.
Site not alllowing any access www.payflex.co.za

Emails does come back with a ticket though?

Emails does come back with a ticket though?

Their merchant portal is up and running and we getting orders through it - busy doing my monthly recon and import of sales and refunds funny enough.

I am also able to load the site as well

Main site is down, but customer and merchant sites are still running..

Don't know about payments though..

Question, if you can answer:

Does Payflex pay the full amount upfront to the merchant..? Or is the merchant still taking on the risk of potential non-payment..?

Ja after posting an order came through via payflex

seems temp but their site still down

Does Payflex pay the full amount upfront to the merchant..? Or is the merchant still taking on the risk of potential non-payment..?

the pay full amount minus fees to the merchant in 2 days (working days)

We get the full payment minus commission and fees.

They take on the responsibility of none payment
