If you use your account normally then you want set of any alarms, besides US tourists login to their paypal account all the time in foreign countries so a non-US IP should not be very suspicious.

Not exactly.... I don't use no funky proxies and I even had a chat with them. They have no problem with us, it's our Reserve Bank that's giving them old cheese.

Yeah, there is. You can get the account signed by a US address (friend/family's address) and have the money transferred to an eligible account, then to yours. It's a hassle but it's the only way it works.

No When I Said That I Meant If You Sign Up For A US Account And No US Ip Wont They Freeze It Due To Fraud?

Gud Point , But I Saw Some Other Guys Saying There Accounts Got Frozen Due To This So I Did Not Want To Try But Maybe Now I Should , Another Guy Also Helped Me Out Alot From Here With This

Thanks for the reply. Wow that is kind of complicated, SA banks suck for not working with Paypal (and ripping us off in general).

It's not the "banks". I talked to the guys from PayPal (I have around $300-$400 that I have in US that I can PayPal to myself0 and they said that our Reserve Bank passed a law that said no PayPal for us.

Has nobody heard of Paypal's biggest rival - Alertpay?Link your SA bank account & do an EFT straight in and receive payments to transfer back into SA bank Account.Or you could use e-passporte, based in Mauritius(I think).
 
Well for me i just transfered the cash to my sisters bank in China

I used to make around $300 - $600 from my software website plus i used to get income from advertisements etc.

Then my sister brought all the cash secretely when she came home to visit us during her university break:)

Um, no. I meant that really nasty word that when you turn that word into a website you get nasties on your screen and harddrive :D
