Anybody know if PC Link Computers are legit?

I ordered some cameras from them on black Fri, but changed my mind.
I emailed customer support but received no reply.

After that I got an email saying it was scheduled to be picked up, which I replied to again saying please cancel the order.
Then the courier contacted me and said they have the parcel for delivery so I told them to please return it to sender.
Iv sent lots of emails since the 26th of Nov, tried Facebook messenger to their page, tried calling but its just going to voice mail.

Heard absolutely nothing back from them, starting to get worried
 
They are legit.. The fact that the courier contacted you for delivery should tell you that they're legit...

Their customer service on the other hand may not be legit or they are already on holiday.. :unsure:
 
They are legit and they have answered every call or email ive sent.
 
All sorted, they replied last night and sorted everything out.
Must of just been busy with black Fri orders.
 
Ordered from PC Link Computers last Tuesday, a week later the order is still sitting as "Processing". Item marked as in stock on their web site.

Called this morning to follow up. Waited in call queue for 33 minutes, mine was the next to be answered only to have the call cut off due to "high call volumes".

Won't be using these guys again.

Yep, pretty much a sh|t experience with them now. Stay away

Device arrived a few hours after this post, but order on site still says "Processing" so I didn't even know it was on its way. Will order elsewhere in future. It's a shame really, they seem to have a good set of stock, but their general order handling and feedback is rubbish.

I had a faulty item. The return process was a nightmare.

That item is also still in processing. From the original purchase. So any status was based on me calling them. And i only got through once every 10 calls. I kid u not. Took a hellopeter to get a call back.
 
Worst customer service ever!
I've been holding up the phone totally almost for an half hour.
I purchased a motherboard from Pc Links last week and it has a problem with some other parts. Been trying to call them for an assistance but the 2 guys (Shawn and John) didn't even give me a thing to solve the problem.
1st call (15 mins holding the phone) : Shawn gave me the number of MSI support line which is not and hang up the phone.
2nd call (holding the phone for anohter 15mins) : Shawn told me that he put me through to someone (John) who can assist me.
(Another 5 mins holding the phone)
I clearly could hear John's voice but he was pretending that he can't hear my voice. (I know he deifinitely was pretending)
That's how Pc Link deals with customers.
Whatever you have the cheapest prices, I won't buy anything from Pc Link again.
Worst customer service ever! even worse than Telkom.

I won't use them again. Very good prices on some products but the customer service will have you slitting your wrists.
 
I ruing my decision to purchase from them, they dont answer mails dont answer phones, nothing. Its like its a bunch of teenagers trying to run a business and only going into work for 2 hours a day.

Ordered Friday afternoon, order still "On Hold" after payment, calls, emails and no response.

I'd rather pay more with a bigger more established store and be sure I'll get results.

If you ever visit their house/office thing, you will be surprised how accurate your comment is. AMATEUR HOUR
 
I'd cancel my order and try get my EFT back if I knew it wasnt going to drag out a week or more. Argh, so infuriating.
 
Requested cancellation of my order, Have contacted my private banker @ FNB to assist with a reversal of EFT if they ignore that as well.
