pc restarts , what can be wrong

I got this new desktop with windows 10 with a asrock motherboard. After some time it restarts as if the power was cut. Windows start like normal, and nothing is saved. One evening it happen twice. I leave say a word doc open to see if it is gone, then I know it did restart when the program closed.

It is windows home and is 64 bits.
New power supply as well.

Test memory (Memtest) overnight, booting to DOS.
