PCI Express 16x Riser Cable Extender

Hey guys, I am busy with a new PC build project, but one thing I require pretty urgently is a PCI-E riser cable, it has to be 16x - 16x to not lose any performance.

The problem is I am unable to find any in South Africa, every PC store shows me to the next but none of them have. Do any of you know where I might find one?
