Period struggles.

This is what I picture when I think of hippie female musicians:

Doesn't sound like they're asking for much so I'm really not sure why event coordinators cannot cater for their needs?

Interesting to see all the male members here outing themselves as never having had an intimate relationship with a woman and who clearly have no idea what a period is. Yes @LCBXX, @WAslayer, I'm looking at you.

Ag, LCBXX is an anti-vaxxer who has got himself vaccinated. Also gay per himself, and does seem to be a bit of a women hater, so I wouldn't stress about his opinions.

He is quite contrary most of the time. I suspect he may have piles, which interferes with his sex life.

I used to work with a team of four ladies and they never synced up so one of them had PMS every week. I'd catch it every week…
We were around 15 living together in London 20 years ago, half male half female and ALL the chicks were in synch with their periods.
About half of the girls were ok but the other half were psycho.

Nightmare of note once a month, us guys just escaped and went to the pubs when it got out of hand.

Yeah, the syncing has allowed survival of our species. Three weeks of relaxation and one week of chaos.

Or they're just unaware.
Could be, but unlikely I think. Unless all these festivals are organised by teenage boys who don't know about periods and the related issues? These aren't new festivals, so the planning and organising routine has been mostly worked out, yet nowhere along the line a single woman was in a position to say "Hey, can we consider adding x and y facilities".

Festivals aren't new but the main driving force behind these "struggles" are an increased popularity of mensural cups in recent years - that much was obvious from the video.

@C4Cat needs help to get pvssy. I'll leave it at that.

Nowhere in the video does it state that, just mentions giving women a place to clean whatever cup they are using. But let's go with unaware then and hope things change.

Festivals all have porta potties and they all have a small sink.. take a bottle of water with you and whatever cleaning material you may need to use and clean it..

I don't understand what special place they need to do this..?

If I noticed correctly the article was interviewing a musician that would be playing at the festival?

I would hope they would at least have access to decent toilet/ablution facilities backstage including running water or some kind of tap?

The rest of those hoes just need to suffer like everyone else.
