[Personal Experiences] Hisense TV's

My 55" is two years old next week.

All I use it for is Youtube, movies on a 1TB HDD and sometimes Plex.

Strangely, Plex seems to have more ads than Youtube!

That's the other thing, the A8H is against the wall with no cable visibility now, but the U7QF is on a stand with no cables visible either :-)
 
My LEDN50D36P made it to 9 years, then died. It got a new LED driver at 5.5 years but this time it just died completely. Good value for money all things considered.

Mines going on 10 years, but I'm not the main user anymore, friend has had it for 3 years
 
I see both the Hisense A6k and E7k 50 inch UHD TV's are on special at Takealot for R5999....any idea the differences and which one is better?

Go for the E7K, it is a newer model and is QLED so will be better. Plus the A6K says it is HDR but not sure how if it only has 8 bit color and not at least 8 bit+FRC

Thanks, intuitively the E7K sounds like a better version from the description, so makes sense to rather go for that, both 2023 models otherwise
 
I am currently looking to replace my faulty 75 inch.

I was looking at the below model:

Is this any good?

Open to suggestions and alternative options within this price bracket. Was looking at TCL but don't know much about the brand.
 
What is the current budget OLED since the A8H got discontinued?
 
Looking at getting the hisense u7k or the tcl c755 which one do you guys think is better, price not relevant.
