Philips Airfryer - anyone have?

Perfection.

From now on this will serve as my reference for "golden brown".

Pork Belly with the best crackling I've achieved thus far. 90min at 120. And then 20min at 170.
holy cow! that looks delicious!

my next 'project' for sure

My airfryer died last night :(
After Load shedding stopped, i turned it on and it ran for about 5minutes and then just died.
It was the checkers platinum brand and only about 18months old but I guess you get what you pay for.
Think I’m going to get the philips Xl or xxl next.

This can happen to anything. Unplug all appliance during load shedding. Plug in again after 10minutes when power comes back on again. The power surges when it comes back on.

Was unplugged during load shedding and only turned on about 15min once power was back.
Think it could be a loose connection between the timer and device but didn’t want to play around with it last night too much.
Like I said it was a crappy brand which did the job but the small basket was bothering me.
Might have come at a good time when I wanted a new device.

You can't go wrong with the XL. But maybe you are still within warranty?
