You should never pay more than R2800 max. with or without a special. Unless prices went up.

I checked everyone's price and Takealot was the best price a few days ago so I just committed.
I know for months now the XL has been just about R4000 everywhere.
eBucks always just had the smaller one so never committed, and of course now the bloody thing pops up.

Okay I just checked. Damn! Prices went up stupidly! But not R4000. That doesn't sound right. Loot still has it for R3000 up from R2700.

It's been around R2700-R3000 for a long time. Only if you don't do your homework will you pay too much.
