Philips Airfryer - anyone have?

I want to make crispy AirFryer tofu. Anyone know where I can buy tofu in bulk?

That looks good enough to eat! What temp and time did you use?
This method

Prepare and foil bed it and airfryer for
45 mins at 200c

I basically did same for a similarly shaped lamb cut with fat on top, but I premarinade it for 24 hours. Then prep, foil bed, 30 mins at 190c and finally let it stand in airfryer for 10 mins switched off. Was really good.

I used 2x of this as 1x wasn't enough to cover the lamb properly

Enjoy your tape worms.
Firstly it's not tape worms it's Trichinellosis
secondly the chances of getting it nowadays is slim, it was more common in the old days when pigs were left to scavenge on farms and ate other infected animals.
Seems that old beliefs are still coming through
Note I did say slim, it could still happen with organic, free range pork.

It's both.
Both the tapeworm infection, also known as taeniasis, and cysticercosis occur globally. The highest rates of infection are found in areas of Latin America, Asia, and Africa that have poor sanitation and free-ranging pigs that have access to human feces. Although uncommon, cysticercosis can occur in people who have never traveled outside of the United States. For example, a person infected with a tapeworm who does not wash his or her hands might accidentally contaminate food with tapeworm eggs while preparing it for others.

Ja maybe, but this is one thing that will never change in our household. Pork is always cooked through and, with a meat thermometer, it is really easy to get to the well-cooked state.
