Need to get one built, intro page, galleries, 4 option search function, contact / order page.
Not to clued up, is flash the best option, what am I looking at cost wise?

Thx
Have been down the freeware route for a few years and the various options were helpful and served a purpose, but looking at stepping it up a notch or 2.
AutoX, pm inbound.

Avoid flash - not everyone is on broadband.

You could look at smugmug or zenfolio for photo storage websites. smugmug has unlimited storage. I have the basic package and it costs me US$30 pa.

I've heard that smugmug also integrates easily into an existing website.

Sneeky, gallery2 can do the photo part of the site, and has a cart function and interaction with printing services. There is, apparently, also a gallery2 plug-in for integration with wordpress.

Hey

There is also Pixelpost.... a free photoblog thing that needs access to a mysql database and php. Pretty cool and quite a breeze to use when set up.

It can be customised and extended. Makes it a breeze to post pics and comments (if needed) etc.

http://www.pixelpost.org/

P.s. You will need to have your own hosting thing with some webspace, and access to MySql and php...
