Well im sure I can out run you muscle heads. Well that or drop a 50kg weight on your foot :p
Once you been pinned under a 150kg benchpress a 50kg dumbbell on the toe is nothing:)

Hell I've seen some funny things in the gym. The best is when guys take the weight off the one end of the barbell making it unbalanced... CRASH, BANG, CLUNK, BOOM, CLING, DING, TAKTAKTAK...

Seen a women on the treadmill frantically pushing the slow down button only it was the go faster button, hell that was hilarious...

The more frantic she become, exponentially quicker the treadmill got. A guy running next to her jumped off his to help her..

me and my mates called that a "gym foul"

other gym fouls include

-wearing a vest where your nipples poke out the sides
-high fives
-farting whilst pushing weights
-grunting loud enough to attract the attention of everyone in the gym
-squat spotting where you stand behind the guy and basically hug him to assist him
-wearing gloves
-wearing a weight belt for every excercise you do

My wife has long said he should play centre.

He said he wants to play 8th man. I also doubt if he would be able to defend his channel well enough in the first 10 games to get use to it to keep being picked :p

Saw him swat the lions player like a fly, and when the ruck formed the guy was sitting onhis arse and looking a bit dazed :D

Lol, saw the same thing with a guy half looking at the chick on the treadmill next to him and then he also spead up instead of slowing down :D

T'was grand.

But then I will just confuse you with my gigabtic frontal lobe! :p

Saw a lady climb on a treadmill when someone had left it running some some odd reason. The poor thing stepped onto it without looking and it ripped her feet from right under her and threw her into the treadmill behind. She was also 50-ish so I'm sure it couldn't have been too much fun either way.

give spies a proper chance, he can be our Zinzan Brooke. He can do everything, just needs the backing and confidence.

+1, provided he remains injury free he could go on to become one of the greatest 8th men ever to represent this country but then again we said the same about Joe Van Niekerk, Bobby Skinstad. A lot can and does happen on the way to legendary status...

Injury is the reason why I never played rugby past st 7. Many of my friends play at the local rugby club (Durbanville), and there's ALWAYS some injury, be in a hamstring, ankle, elbow, back, knee, whatever. They never seem to recover fully, especially a knee injury.

As for the speed factor I know his father set the SA under 21 hurdles record, so that is in his genes,

There was this sport game show on TV many years ago.
His dad outshine everybody even in there own fields.

I could never forget that ball/crickect ball throw. He beated Clive Rice
with several meters.

Yeah and then some people still think he used roids instead of him just being a freak of nature.

Even some low-end-of-the-spectrum-parasite-humping-members on this site :p:D
