Pixel 8 and Pixel 8 Pro announced

@backstreetboy

Doesn't really bother me. I'm not a big caller and I mainly got the phone for its camera quality.
Everything else is a bonus.
Lucky for you, he fully understands this concept. He’s been ignoring things he can’t do for about 18 months now.

5G vs 4G though - in all honesty, not a big thing

Google launches new Mint color for the Pixel 8 and Pixel 8 Pro

Last week Google teased a new colorway for its Pixel 8 Pro, which was due to launch on January 25. In the meantime we've seen it in leaked press images, and now it's finally official.

So, you can purchase a Google Pixel 8 or Pixel 8 Pro in the new color called Mint, exclusively from the Google online store and Google Fi in the US. According to Jenny Davis, CMF design manager at Google, it's "a breath of fresh air and a cool spring breeze. It's serene, yet not boring. It's a luminous color that really invites the mind into a state of calmness - energized calmness".

Who cares? Pixel is still one of the smoothest android phones money can buy.

You should go back 2 years or so, and read all your own comments about benchmarks and performance before you jumped ship. You're a hypocrite and I just can't take anything you post seriously :D

People can change their minds. I pity you.

Changing your mind is one thing, but flip flopping without acknowledging your previous stance is another. Your inconsistency is showing more than a politician during election season.

Do you still believe those benchmarks?

According those benchmarks the A15 in my iPhone is streets ahead of my Kirin ... and yet - it's not?

I didn't think anyone actually used them, but I guess they are bragging rights

1 app out of a million opens up faster for you on the Huawei?

At least 2 or 3.

But the rest are not far off the multiple times faster iPhone?
It make we wonder what a Huawei of the same year would do?
Or I switched my old Huawei to 'performace' mode?

I kept it off for the test to give the iPhone a bit of a chance
