Pizza! Pizza! Pizza!

Which pizza paddles do you guys use?

This looks good enough?

Why don't they just make it square. With the handle in the way it is not like the round shape of the pizza is going to fit on the round shape of the paddle l, nevermind the okes who make their pizza oval. Nee man, make it square!

I mean just look at that picture, if it had a rectangular shape the pizza would fit nicely.

That one is horrible. It comes with the kettle kaddy - I used it once and gave up.

I use two - a wooden one to make the pizza on and put it in, because it doesn't stick, and the metal one to turn it and remove it.

The wooden one is actually a cheese board from Checkers I shaped with a sander and then sealed with oil.

For a proper pizza oven, I would put a hoe-length handle on it. Otherwise the fire will definitely singe your eyebrows and other bits & pieces.

In McGregor and what a absolute horse **** town. The restaurant owners are absolutely Dicks.

I will Google the two places in town we went to, pure ****.

2/10 for the town, there's no roads and just overall a kak place when it comes to service.

Went and drove up to Lordes Wines and had this pizza there, that was a nice experience, Lordes is very nice, the rest of this place is crap.

Call me a savage, but the wife and I have been enjoying our Friday night tradition of basically trying all the frozen pizzas available.

for what it is there is some decent stuff out there. doing it on a pizza stone that has been preheated for 30+ minutes probably helps.

now if ooni gas version was available locally….

What is the thin crust they serve you at boutique restaurants? It looks like a type of pastry. Very thin and crusty.
I do not like this type of base. I prefer a thin hand tossed made from real pizza flour.

Depends who's plastic you are shoving down your throat; restaurants name(s)?

myBB'ers only visit restaurants that has 000 grade flour which is ground using hand mills in Italy. We have standards here.
