Pizza! Pizza! Pizza!

I still want to go to New York and experience authentic New York Pizza. Something about the way they fold those thin crust pizza slices in half and eat them that I want to experience

The US is littered with mediocre pizza, IDK what that weird **** is places like Chicago and Cali produce, but NY pizza is the best in the world.

Makes sense if you think about it. NY is where the majority of early migrants arrived.

I think of all the places in USA that the NY is the best, I am not a fan of those thick crust Chicago style ones.

One of my kids likes thick crust pizza but I accept that's their choice and still love them.

At least neither of my kids are vegetarian or think pineapple is an acceptable topping.

I have, but have not been to NY. I tend to like most styles of pizza though.

I've made both NY and Napolitan style at home, and without having experienced NY style in NY I think that I am able to replicate it at home better than replicating genuine Napolitan. Just an assumption.

It's all subjective - for some, Debonairs is the ultimate.

Bliksem ok. I read through the last 30 pages.

I can get one of these if I am quick. Not sure yet if it has a stainless base or a square stone. Which is better?
I will mount a thermometer on the top. What should the ideal temp be?
And lastly, any dough recipe ideas for let's say 4 pizzas? I have a Kenwood dough mixer if that helps. What flour should I get?

This is a last-minute thing as I have to do this experiment this weekend.

Fire will be made in of these firepits. They pump a lot of heat straight up.
