Sadly the quickest resolution to your issue is to just get a new sim card and cancel the blocked card

This has been my experience all this week with RAIN

Same here. I'm getting very erratic pings in the hundreds and uploads/downloads the same as your.

What annoys me is early in the morning the results are great but as the day goes it turns to crap

Seems if you stay on the outskirts in a nice cabin in nature you get the best speeds.

That looks like speeds from band 3.
Generally you want to change your band to 38 or 41, which has way better speeds.
But this is only if you have a tower that supports band 38 or 41.
