HI @Nyt Ryda

May you please provide me with your email address via PM

Back to normal now after a router restart. This is the second day I've noticed this, the Wifi becomes almost unuseable over multiple devices all of a sudden (can't even access 192.168.8.1 most of the time) but a restart fixes it.

Will monitor this and also test with Ethernet.

Thank you

Please do let me know if you experience the issue again

It's been bad this week but today especially. Struggled to even log into the forum.

Same here, been no throughput since 1pm yesterday.
At one stage they advertised this as a work from home solution.
How when your emails do not arrive and you cannot connect to work systems?
When you spend working hours doing the Rain dance in the hopes of finding a bit of speed.
I implore the Rain team to use their own crappy network and to have their KPIS be measured on productivity.
This alll-you-can-eat internet is rubbish when you arrive at the buffet and you cannot even selvage a crumb from the floor!
Rather, cap, throttle, shape so that everyone can at least get some share of the pie.
You cannot do anything with 0.00Mbps.
We are not being given free internet so I do not feel we are out of place complaining we are entitled to a useable service for the hours we pay for.
Even a meager but constant 2Mbps per subscription would be better than nothingness we experience at the expense of other users on this congested network.

Please excuse my ignorance but can someone please enlighten me how do you do a Mybroadband speed test on rain when you have to use Vodacom data to try and contact their call center.

Good Morning

whoever is experiencing issues with connectivity or speed please send through a PM (if you have not already) so that I can either assist or get you assisted.
