It's a 3 hour mountain bike ride away.

Good day. How do one get Rain to sort out a problem. I pay for the premium package and don't get half of that. It is so bad we cant even make calls from our internet. The connection is 85% of the time a problem and the speed is very seldom over 15mps. It was off this morning but is back now and low and behold I get at least 32 mps.
