Please do a MyBroadband speed test on Rain

Been like this since before the weekend ... please note that it lingers along below 1Mbps before, somehow, it starts to spike up to around 15Mbps, however, testing immediately again delivers the same result ... hanging below 1Mbps and gradually increasing. Rebooting the router makes no difference. I am scoring 100% on the optimization. CPE mounted outside directed at the closest tower, which is less than 1km away.1638343151796.png

That is also a far cry from this notification:

And now I still get this ... it fluctuates all over the show.

I am unable to do my work, attend ZOOM or MS Teams meetings ... zero stability on my line.

Got excited for nothing it seems:

This is totally unacceptable - I need line stability to work from home ... something I CLEARLY do not have and cannot understand why this is happening ... my router has been updated with the latest software and bounced enough times as part of troubleshooting. Still, this is what I get:

This is just ridiculous, there's a tower right there but nor rain knows better, they connect me way over there mxm. been restarting the router for the entire week, hoping it might change cell towers but nor. Paying premium money for standard service, no, F it poor service.Screenshot (3).png

Hi @vee1796

Please provide me with your email via PM

So today again ... on a Monday (which are horrible days if you are employed in IT Operational Support) ... this is what I get ... I am unable to launch any form of Remote Support portal to customers OR to log into ITSM to see which calls were logged that need actioning ... fabulous start (AGAIN) to a troublesome and frustrating RAIN ISP week I see.

1 Is where I have been connected to for months now, with the occasional hiccup. The hiccups became more frequent and more sever, so I requested an investigation. I was advised that my connection via tower 1 would never have worked and is the reason form y frustration, but, alas, it has been working for months. I was then advised to (I have an external router (CPE-X) which is mounted outside, so getting to it and sommer just shifting it around is no meager task) change the direction of my router so it faces to tower 2. I cannot do that as I don't have LoS (Line of Sight) to that tower. Having said that, I was still advised to do so. I did so. 3.5 hours later. Now guess what, I have ONLY the WiFi indicator on my router shining. No 4G. No 5G. So the router is getting ZERO connectivity to that tower. I then try to point my router to tower 3. Guess what ... after a restart it connectes back to tower 1, even though it is facing tower 3's direction and I am still left with 0ms ping, 0Mbps D/L and 0 Mbps U/L (If only the 0ms ping was what it is read to be ... )

And I am forced to (AGAIN) get sh@t on by management ... I suspect my work from home privilege will be revoked soon. Thanks a MILL.
