Please help :( i dont know what to do anymore

6. Prepare for when you get drunk, you'll want to call her and ask her "why?!"

Snap.

Let someone hang onto your phone while getting drunk :D

Nee fock that's not what you do. What you do is send an explicit message thanking her for the hot sex and how you can't wait to **** her brains out again.

Then five seconds later you follow it up with a oops wrong number message

Yeah and then she uses that in court if there is ever a custody battle. Smart.

FYI there wont be a custody battle... this separation we both agreed will be civilized and we already agreed on the daughter that i will get to see her when ever i want and WRT items in the home, again that will all be civilised. she already said i can have the sound system 7.1 sound system as it was a gift for me a couple years ago so i think there wont be a "battle" we dont want it to end nasty because no matter what i still love her, and she says she still loves me so i dont see the need for it to get nasty

Well that is always good. But better safe than sorry:P

Sorry things turned out this way Stillie but much better to have the matter finalised.

It's like dreading an upcoming exam and once it's over you realise it wasn't so bad.

I hate to say this dude, but honestly just prepare yourself for it to get nasty.

I've watched a few seperations/divorces and at the end of the day they've all turned nasty through something trivial.

^This^ Do NOT get lulled into a false sense of security with verbal promises of amicability. Get EVERYTHING in writing. Stuff gets nasty very quickly very often.

Ironically, requesting everything in writing will achieve the nasty part much quicker.

yea im going to do the whole in writing thing obviously, coz if it ever does go to court, there will be something we both signed with witnesses

Agreed. And so true. But I wish I had. Things agreed on and discussed became "his fantasies" when shi 1t got real during my divorce.
^This^.

I divorced 5 years ago and it turned nasty quickly. More especially if she realizes that you have accepted and moved on.
One thing though, you'll be happier that before. I'm actually the happiest than I've ever been before and during marriage.

Sorry to hear you guys are separating, but it's never too late to fix it. What made you two fall in love in the first place?
To make a marriage really work you have to have 100% commitment from your side, be prepared to give up your dreams, your career, your happiness and if necessary your life. I've been married for 32 years and been through the mill. You have to put her first, before yourself, and win her back. My wife is now my best friend, my kids are happy, so the grind was all worth it. It's pure hell for awhile, but it gets better. That's my 2 cents worth.

They tried making it work. It didn't. They're over it now
