Please help :( i dont know what to do anymore

Happy you can move forward again in your relationship, Stillie.

Good luck.

:p

Have heard way to many people say "Just put your relationship in God's Hands" Type comments from people when giving relationship advice. Makes me so angry.

Yeah, wtf is up with that kack? What a useless, pathetic answer.

Agreed, but let's just say I won't comment any further for risk of taking this thread WAY off topic.

What are fairy tales going to help his marriage? You might as well wish him luck at his next quidditch game as the win will give his wife something to be proud of.
Chill pill, each to his own. Marius seems sincere, I'm sure Stillie can take that as a "good luck". Our opinions on religions isn't relevant. The religious debates threads is that way

Marius is being sincere, not religious . Stillie must please take it as Hope, not luck.
Religious debates is that way .................. Yes, that way

I oppose your viewpoint, but I agree that this thread is not the place for this at all. It's about letting Stillie getting his groove back. :) And no, that's not a euphemism. :p

Just Read the whole thread. To Stillie, I really hope you and the Wife can be In Love again as you used to be,
and that you can be happy again as a family with your daughter.

I am going through the beginning stages of divorce at the moment and it's ***. My little 2 year old boy is already getting affected
by the separation, but will hopefully improve as time goes on. I remember the times we had as a family and it was amazing, really
wish I could have that again.

My Wife had an affair with a married man with 2 kids and a Pregnant wife. Apparently he's dumping his wife for mine. Great stuff ^_^.

She moved into her own place, as well as cleaned out my place to furnish it. Grabbed my TV, Lounge suite, and pretty much half of every drawer in every room, while I was at work. Stuff is just starting to get very very nasty. Going to be a bumpy ride.

I've really related quite strongly to this thread, want to thank all the posters. I'll hold thumbs for you Stillie!

Onwards and upwards!

Sorry to hear what you going through, what i went through was/is ****, i can only imagine how much worse it is actually going through with the divorce which on saturday i was preparing myself for! Glad it never went to that.

Hope things can get better for you quickly bud!

lol all this religious stuff that has popped into this thread!

guys dont knock him like that, there is nothing wrong with that and yea i take it as a "good like" rather than its in his hands he will sort it out :)

Reading through the entire thread, I have to say sorry OP, but from all the info provided from your side, I think there is small chance of her being satisfied in the future, i.e. probably going to "find happiness" from someone else again.

By all means, try and work it out, but I would suggest also getting your ducks in a row, start reading on your rights when getting divorced, who is a good divorce lawyer etc if it comes to that.

Yea, why not. You know your relationship and the people involved.

I say give it your all if you both willing to work on it. I'm 100% honest here, I would have chucked her out. You're a much better man than I am :o

@OP. Its as if your story is a copy and paste from mine. Just come out of a depression of note, put it on a thread here. MY 2c. You need to talk to someone. Someone who will listen and not fuel your impending contempt (this will come). There are a few stages you need to go through, and you must go through them. But I am going to briefly contradict myself now. There is a reason she is feeling this way. I cant advise to what that reason is. It could be lost confidence on either side. Could be an affair. Could be married too young. All in all, it comes back to her feelings for you have changed. Now, you can do one of 2 simple things. (this is jumping ahead). You can accept its over and move on. There is a long painful path through this, but once you make the decision, you need to stay with it (this was my down fall). The other alternative, is to identify what the real reason is for her feelings having changed. And then you fix it. You will need to show her (not tell her, not whine at her, not beg and plead - this shows weakness and shifts power to her). Show her, that she has made a mistake by leaving you. You can have a happy life without her. Find your confidence again. Be the person that she fell for to start with. This road is extremely difficult. You need to be prepared for everything, including her possibly having other relations in the meantime. Google Dan Bacon and you'll get the just of where im heading. In short, I feel for you brother. This is an extremely difficult time you are going through. But having just gone through it, I can tell you it does get better, you do heal, and you do find who you really are again. You also need to be the stability for your kids. In my situation, things were a bit more complex, and so I didn't get back together with her, but then after all the time, she wasn't the person I knew anymore. Keep strong. Keep busy and talk when you must.

I am sorry to hear this man and I'm even more sorry to say the following:
- You must accept woman lie.
- Accept that just like us they do cheat

You must realise that only you can truly make yourself happy, that said, it doesn't mean don't give love a chance or believe in it - the truth is sometimes you just have to overlook some of the things (it seems you have).. for another human being should never be the source of your happiness.

If you suspet she cheated, but she has turned against her ways, welcome her, move on with life.. trust me they all lie and cheat... don't over think things.. it will not help as she probably was cheating..

Don't be too loving too.. have reservations...

Ditto

When this happened to me the fallout after was mostly because I was "nice" and she "didn't know" how to break it to me, so opted for silly arguments to be mad at me for etc.

Sounds like a copy/paste I experienced as well minus the kid luckily. In short, and almost verbatim, "I haven't dated enough yet" (i.e, didn't have enough strange)

Sorry to hear, but work towards building/keeping an amicable relationship with her and be there for your daughter no matter what. Show her what a real man looks like. Good luck bro. Sending good vibes to your side
