Okay, so to finalize it's R297 for 1Mbs Uncapped which includes ADSL Line Rental, and I only need to pay Telkom a further R132 for the voice line rental, correct?

So R430 odd. Thanks for the help, I guess Afrihost is the way to go then.

I think that Telkom Throttling depends on the area. I am currently downloading at 171.7kB/s, on a 2Mbs line.
