I'm an Axxess reseller and had very good service from them. I have a lot of business clients and Axxess don't offer Business products. Business Fibre products would be a great start. The only bad experience I've had was with the whole Cell C Fixed LTE problem where the coverage changed without warning. This wasn't really an Axxess issue, but communication could've been better.
 
Axxess staff is always helpful. Some days there seems to be a delay in calls being answered, but overall excellent service!

We have launched a chat system to your CCP to better our support channels. :)
 
Axxess haven't been that bad, but often when there are failures on my LTE package (network issues) they don't have notices on their website, so you waste time rebooting router etc, then phoning them to find out they do have a network problem.
Also, the CellC network has become so saturated its now unusable. I've cancelled the Fixed LTE.
I'm waiting for Slowdacom to get their fibre done in our area, but they've at least given me a Fixed LTE device to use until then. Infinitely better than Cell C

Haven't had any network issues. However, upgrading my line a few months ago was rather problematic. Almost drove me to move onto another ISP.

Was very happy with them for over two years(adsl)..pity they move expensive than my.current isp(just over R200 for same package)I wonder where they got their prices on a 20meg fibre line:(

Up until this week have had good service, minor issues resolved very quickly. This week however has turned the air blue trying to get to the bottom of an issue. So the first real test of customer service and they failed miserably.
 
So just down-voted them after my terrible experience this week.

Have been with them since 2011, initially as ISP, but in the last 4 years only for hosting and eMail. The time has come for CHANGE, why?

1. Max size eMail attachment 5MB

2. On Thursday we once again had a query on uploading files via FTP to our domain. Call got answered by a friendly lady (have name), and then went into cyberspace, she came back 10 minutes later ans ask me to continue holding. Long story short, after being on the phone for 30 minutes she once again asked me to hold and I eventually found out that she could not handle the query - was waiting for her senior (this was never communicated to me). Asked to speak to her manager/supervisor Angelo but he was not available. Requested that he calls me asap - guess what

STILL WAITING FOR YOUR CALL ANGELO !!!

So now I am looking for a decent company to host my domains (9), AND give me decent email attachment size. Any suggestions?
