MWEB 4Mbps uncapped - Cape Town

Very good performance and reliability so far (3 months). Overall very satisfied with support and is good value for money (when comparing to my 384 IS uncapped).
 
I love the accessibility, best uncapped ADSL that I've used thus far, they're excellent with their service delivery .. perhaps they should offer more specials to their existing clients or lower prices .. but overall, I am quite satisfied
 
Try to get a speed that is higher than 12kB, and often down to 2kB. Either sort out Telkom, or offer a wireless service such as iBurst where I am not tied into a contract.
 
I've found mweb to be rock-solid in terms of connection stability. I'm sitting at the very limit of my range from the exchange, to the point that Telkom aren't even willing to upgrade my connection speed from the current 384k, and none of the issues I've had are traceable back to the ISP (I've had plenty with Telkom, but that's another story).
The main thing that impressed me was how friendly and intelligent the original help-desk sufferer*ahem* I mean technician was during my initial setup call. He knew what he was talking abuot, accurately gauged my technical ability, and had me up and running in minutes.

Well there is a problem with your setup. Currently my torrents run at 122kB/s+ in the middle of business hours, last night/early morning they were running at 400kB/s+. It's not always the ISP and currently Mweb must be the best uncapped shaped service available, without a doubt.
 
Extremely happy with the service from mweb, recently swapped over from telkom so that I could enjoy 4mb's uncapped.
and I've always received full line speed not slowing down of connection or anything.
 
Went with 4, with only the gaming issues I have now and then being the small problem. Otherwise, best ISP I've ever had :)


P.S - It is refreshingly awesome to have a rep that is around and active, even at weird times sometimes and that actually gets things done ;)

5 - Excellent

Uncapped (Shaped) 384K account.

Pros:

MWebGuy is awesome!!!!!! :)
Good speed
Never had any problem downloading +50gb worth of stuff every month.

Cons:

Never had any serious problems with my connection. MWebGuy always sort out any problem we experience with our connection asap.
 
4mbps uncapped here. Generally happy with speeds. Not too happy when the connection drops or varies in speed, but that doesn't happen too often, so I rated them 4.
 
Always have a stable connection. Very efficient service as well.

Kosmik which games would you like to see that we currently don't have, or would like us to have more servers for? I'll pass on the suggestions to the Gamezone team.
 
using the 384 uncapped, and its a great entry level package.

setup is nice and easy and support is helpful.
