Am totally happy at the moment. More game servers maybe but finding service excellant.
 
I'm quite happy with MWEB and don't see myself changing to anyone else. Their service rocks and their response times are excellent!

Unless they take over telecoms not really sure what they could do to be better.
 
Line speed has been good, I'm happy with that. However, their Premier support desk leaves a lot to be desired. I have calls open for over ten days, had a call once for over 40 days!

Other than support, and a large turnover of Account Managers, I'm happy...

Loving my mweb uncapped 384k at home! :) Best deal for great speeds!
 
Rated them excellent...

Have had no issues with the account, I get the speed when I need it... and it performs the way I would want it to.
 
A new MWEB uncapped Subscriber here. Very happy with the performance and service thus far. Definately the best ISP out there as far as I'm concerned!
 
Beyond excellent, so happy with them as of late.
 
I cancelled my mweb 4mb uncapped, and not 2 days later signed up for it again. It was 19:45 at night that I wanted to sign up again, and gave the store a call in centurion. got the at 20:00 and they helped me and got my uncapped up and running again.

note, these guys close at 20:00, so kudos to them helping me past close time!
 
Some issues with Apple updates (apparently due to some issue with Akamai nodes). Would be great to have this sorted. Otherwise great service.
 
Mweb 384 uncapped is great for some websites and for a bit of streaming. Decrease the contention ratio so that all users have a similar experience.
 
So far I cannot fault MWeb, had a few issues in the beginning but am very happy with them the past year or so.
