Hi everyone
I'd like to post the below so everyone can read, and make sure (based on your feedback) that I am not smoking my socks here.
For some context, Im basically not happy that my star rating was dropped from 4 to 3. My usage pattern is consistent (avg 113GB/month over last 3 months, 4mb uncapped, 8mb sync). I dont download during the day, during the week. Only late at night, and on the weekend. I do download some series, Steam games and stream Netflix in a lot of the evenings. Often it streams at 720HD and I reckon this accounts for most of my bandwidth.
I requested what date/time my star rating was lowered. It was on a Sunday 22/09 at about 10am. Which in itself I have an issue with.
@Janitor, Im not posting to start an argument. Im merely trying to gather more info from other people here, as I dont think you understand where I am coming from

ie. we making no progress
Saturday and Sunday we downloaded a lot (5.1GB and 7.5GB respectively), but its classified as off-peak and should not go against my record and contribute towards dropping a star. Or am I wrong?
16th to the 20th total traffic was 7.82GB, so I cant see how that contributed in any way to my issue. Which leaves me with the above question....
thanks to all for thoughts and opinions
