Plugg Uncapped ADSL Feedback

Anyone else having issues logging into the plugg website ? been trying for a few weeks now.. It just does nothing when i click login :/

Edit: Not even the forgot password seems to work.. WTF

I am sticking to the download window the last ten or so days and used the internet as per I normally do. 308gb used thus far for the month. Four stars atm.
 
I wonder if the pricing changes will be put on hold due to Telkom cutting the IPC cost again. These are the changes following October's cut. Seems a bit slow moving.

That is a GOOD question.
All other service providers decreased their rates after the October price cut.
1 Feb is another price cut and PLUGG STILL has not decreased their rates while other service providers are already looking at their their 2nd decrease since October.
Looks like we getting the short end of the stick here for being loyal PLUGG customers :(

Where do you see these "STARS" everyone keeps talking about. I don't see them when I log onto my account profile on the Plugg website.
 
Question. If we can expect only new pricing in February, are we going to pay old pricing again for February, or are you guys going to announce it in time to pay new pricing in February?

The new pricing will only be from March 2014. This is unfortunately the nature of release management processes, whereby we prefer to provide accurate billing and not jeopardise it.

Log into your account at Plugg.co.za

Click on My Account, select My services (Or under the services heading on the landing page once you logged in)
The forth one listed is your ADSL service (for me anyway), Click on view
You will be presented with your account status and stars as well as a link to your usage records.

Question for Janitor. What is the story about Rica in the client zone. There is no mention of it in the FAQ, despite the link. Can you maybe provide an upload capability in the client area for the documents?
