That mad wolf of Ogham, bloody hell, that's difficult. Managed to best him eventually. Where are you guys finding uncut spirit gems and level 2 skill gems?

They started dropping later in the game for me, during act 3

Spirit gems don't drop often in the early game but there are 3 bosses that give extra spirit and each drops spirit and a gem.

Path of Exile 2: How To Increase Spirit

To get more Spirit, Path of Exile 2 players have a few options available to upgrade Max Spirit in PoE 2.

Support gems 2 I think are act3 and support 3 are act 5.

Remember to use the trade website https://pathofexile2.com/trade. Use exalted orbs to trade for a few items as you gear up. A good example is plus 3 to skills and that will carry you for a long time.

Exalted orbs don't drop often but you do get a few so use them wisely.

I got my best drop of the game yesterday, a greater Jeweler's Orb to take my arsonists to 4 slots.

I do wish gear drops was a bit more entertaining. In for example Diablo you are always getting upgrades, but in PoE its pretty much all garbage with only something here and there.

Those are very rare but you can do a trick. Create a skill, use a lesser jewel for 3 slots and the use a vaal orb.

This has a chance to add quality, add sockets, increase stats or remove any of the above. So a risk but you can get 4-5 sockets if you get lucky.

Cheaper if you get lucky but can back fire.

Got my first 3 skill like this easy then dropped like 25 vaals on my 4th and got F all. Ended up buying greater jewel.

Ah nice, I'll try that on one of my other skills, no way I can afford a greater jewel at the moment.
 
I see the entire community has ousted Elon Musk for being a fraud God poe2 player going to rank 6 or something. I am sure he paid some guy to play that character 24/7 from launch then used real money to buy all his gear.

Personally I dont understand why someone who has achieved all the stuff he has achieved needs to lie about being good at video games. Check the video if you have done any end game you will see he is full of ****.

 
New neversink loot filter is out which makes things much better, either update or start using one asap.
 
Act 2 boss is kicking my butt

Falling way behind, stopped playing cos the graphics were poo on my rx570. Got a 4060 to tide me over while I wait for the warranty claim on the Rx6800 so playing a bit again.

Thanks, started using one, makes quite a difference.

Will start looking at tuning the preferences to suite my needs.

I found using semi strict catches everything I need but if I am speed running looking for citadels I use strict and then very little falls not even all rares are highlighted.

I also found when using strict most of the stuff that drops is 2 ex minimum and found a crazy bow that I would have junked that was worth 25 divine. Although it hasn't sold so may drop the price soon.
 
This crash on loading screen is getting on my tits now.

Hmm.

Will try that. But to me it feels like a network based hang. It does continue eventually.
